Using data forms for your customers to order product or get additional information from you is not the only advantage of these forms. You can have selections that pertain to their specific interests. If you include a "Check Box" asking if they would like to receive information via E-Mail when you are having "Specials" on that product or service, you can increase your sales at virtually no cost.
Of course we ask that you have their permission to E-Mail these "Special Deals" as "Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail" has the potential to drive your customers away, not to mention is against our policy if you use our E-Mail Server.
Another option would be "On-Line" Coupons. You could put up as many or as few as you like in various formats. They could print them out, or just click a check box on the "On-Line" order form indicating they wish to use their coupon.
Rotating these weekly if you have enough product variety would keep your customers coming back.
In addition to the coupons, you can add an "E-Mail Subscription List Button" to your web site, which allows you to send out e-mail advertisements to people who are interested in your product or service. Since they have to sign up for this service you know that you are targeting those persons who are receptive to your advertisement.
